I am a caring and compassionate person who is dedicated to helping my clients achieve a better way of life and to achieve their goals.

Counselling can be short or long term, depending on the issues and your individual needs.

One of my specialisms is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which has proven to help with anxiety and depression. This therapy can be extremely successful and many of my clients have overcome their fears and negative thought processes.

Alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I also offer person-centered and psychodynamic therapy to deal with a range of issues including:
Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Cancer, Anger Management, Low Self-Confidence, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD, Work Related Stress

What is therapy?

Therapy offers you a very safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve things.

How will therapy make me feel?

Therapy is a very personal process. Sometimes it is necessary to talk about painful feelings or difficult decisions, so you may go through a period of feeling worse than when you started. However, therapy should enable you to feel much better in the long-run and will only enrich your life going forward.

Person-centred

is a non-directive module that focuses on the quality of the client – therapist relationship as each person is an individual who is considered to be unique.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

this approach takes thoughts, imagery, and self-image into account and the aim is to change the negative self-beliefs. Clients can re-learn or modify their thought processes by changing their behavioural patterns.

Psychodynamic Therapy

is a central aim to help the client to become more self-aware and to bring inner feelings, conflicts from an unconscious level to a more accessible conscious level.
